Hey there! I am thrilled to be your new Campus Minister! Come say hello if you see me at Ryerson. I can’t wait to meet you all! To start, here is a bit about me.

I am new to Campus Ministry, but not new to walking with and encouraging young adults to find their passion and live life to their full potential. My passion is to help young adults grow into powerful and compelling Christian leaders with a grounded, living faith. I have experience working with tweens, teens and young adults. I have the gift of encouragement, teaching, and a compassionate listening ear and heart. I have led young adult retreats, small group faith discussions, one-on-one spiritual conversations, and I hold a weekly group spiritual direction with the Homeless Youth of Covenant House. Now, I can’t wait to walk with you on your own journey of faith!

I draw my inspiration and spirituality from St. Ignatius of Loyola who believed and lived in the world for the world, finding God in all things. Similarly, I desire to live my life with the simplicity and mercy of soon to be saint, Blessed Mother Teresa, in her example of doing little things with extraordinary love. My favorite quote of hers is: “If you judge people, you have no time to love them.”

I have am BComm in Marketing and just recently completed my Master of Divinity, Bachelor of Sacred Theology and Pastoral Competency in Sacramental Ministry.

I live in Markham with my husband, two kids, and my Havenese pup,  Dexter! I love food. I don’t have a favorite restaurant per se, but set me up on a sunny patio, with a fresh, house-made burger, fries and a pint and I am good to go!
